Meet Shani

Strategy and implementation belong in the same conversation.

I founded NimbleWorks Tech to bring experienced technology leadership, application development, systems integration, process improvement and project execution to businesses that may not need a full internal technology department.

My work has spanned custom applications, databases, integrations, low-code platforms, business processes, project leadership and technology strategy. That range matters because the right answer is not always a new application—and it is definitely not always the newest tool.

The goal is simpler: understand what the business is trying to accomplish, find the most practical path, and build something that can keep working as the business changes.

How I approach the work

The problem comes first.
The technology comes second.

01

Understand

Start with how the business actually works, where the friction is and what success needs to look like.

02

Simplify

Use what already works when possible. Replace, automate or build only where it creates real value.

03

Build

Turn the recommendation into a practical solution instead of stopping at a strategy document.

04

Grow

Make decisions with the next stage of the business in mind—not just today's immediate problem.
